Its not fair folks. I was going to buy my bike this year with income tax and I found out i'm not getting as much back as I thought. So it looks like I have to wait for another 1/2 a year or maybe longer. DARN!
MY HISTORY: I am 37 and a pretty big guy. I've been riding a motorcycle since I was 9 years old and mini bikes before that. So I have a lot of time on two wheels. However, I've not riddin' much the last seven years. I took a bad fall years ago due to a dog running out in front of me and its made me somewhat nervous to ride again. But, I am wanting another bike so bad I can taste it. And this group has not made it any easier since all of you have so much fun on your bikes.
QUESTION: Because of my size (Over 250 but dieting, Hahaha. Doctor wants me to drop some weight. Easy for him to say) I really wanted at least a 750 VTwin. But, thanks to you and the pictures i've seen and the visit to the local Suzuki dealer I have grown to really love the Savage. Do you think the Savage will suit me? I really would love to get a savage and join this group. My local dealer has a new one (I think a 99) for $3,900.00. This of course is the cheapest cruiser I can find and since $$$ is my biggest problem this also appeals to me. What do you all think?
